Accomplished powerlifter and 5 time Ironman, Dean founded the Valkyries to create a unique, girls focused rugby program, inspired by his daughter's dreams and the experience of many female ruggers.

Autumn brings deep, global rugby experience to the Ragnarok team. After many years of dancing, Autumn focused on Rugby playing at Life University. She has played for the USA Falcons in Dubai. Recently, she played for the Loggerheads and Retrievers of PR 7's. Most recently she has returned from Japan playing for the Taiyo Seimei Series.
